Shopping for 1-2 year old cars, they appear 2-4 grand less in New York state or New Jersey state, than my home state of Pennsylvania — why?

some of them get donated to Charity’s,and some sold off at auctions,but the majority of them get donated for some kind of a charity event ,some are even given away as gifts for needy causes or other events,,but a few do get get sold as old stock also its really up the dealer,and the manufacturer [...]
