Gilman Louie (born 1960) is a west coast technology venture capitalist who got his start as a video game designer and then ran the CIA venture capital fund. He graduated in 1983 from San Francisco State University. He attended the Advance Management Program (AMP) while at Harvard Business School in 1997.
